We have a Health & Safety Forum every 3 months which includes the Health & Safety Manager, Health & Safety Co-ordinator, Contracts Manager Representatives and Workforce Representatives.

Within the forum Health & Safety issues are addressed. Any new regulations are discussed and fed through to the Workforce by letter. Any relevant training required is also discussed and implemented.

By holding the forums we find that any issues or concerns are clarified as early as possible resulting in a safer working environment for our entire Workforce and occupiers of buildings during our contracts.

We regularly undertake Health & Safety Audits. All our plant equipment is checked regularly to ensure it is safe to use. Regular inspections take place by our Health & Safety Advisor who will check the safe use and condition of all access equipment and welfare facilities on site. Any issues are addressed immediately without delay.
