Simmons Services Ltd have recently completed one of our largest schemes of over 430 properties programmed or 2011/12. Despite working on a scheme of this size there were no complaints from residents. Any residents I spoke to had only good words for the on site team.
The scheme was effectively programmed and completed ahead of schedule. I found Simmons Services staff were very approachable and easy to work with, responding to any queries efficiently and effectively. I would like to thank the team for delivering a vastly improved aesthetic appearance to the estate.

Simmons Services delivery team were excellent and compared highly to other suppliers, quality, timing and attention to detail were good, issues or problems were dealt with excellently. The service was very person centered, they didn't leave anything lying around that could be unsafe to service users.
The team were pleasant to service users and staff, they worked hard and didn't take long breaks and we were very pleased overall.
